All wine sales will be conducted from the Michigan Tasting Room only. Come and experience Cody Kresta Wine while visiting the winery and vineyard, nestled in a 20 acre estate setting.
Dry: A very light and refreshing rosé that offers a balance of dryness with subtle fruit flavors. *Pairs with BBQ, lamb, turkey, pasta and pizza.
Dry: A light-bodied blend of Marechal Foch, Pinot Gris and Vidal Blanc. It can be served chilled or at room temperature.*Delicious with all Italian foods.
Semi-dry: Enjoy the ripe, subtle flavors of 80% blueberry wine and 20% Chambourcin.*Pairs well with casseroles, chicken, lamb, and duck. Compliments soft cheeses.
Dry: French hybrid aged 14 months in French oak and 6 months in American oak with flavors of walnuts and blackberries. *Pairs with cheeses, sausages, game and red meats.
Dry: A full–bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin and Merlot.*A rich red wine that pairs with many heavier dishes and cheeses.
Dry: Full-bodied blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chambourcin with flavors of blackberries. *Perfect with red meat dishes, pasta, and, of course, chocolate!
Dry: Aromas of cherry with hints of cinnamon and licorice. Aged in Hungarian oak. Well balanced with a long finish. *Pairs with pasta, pork, and red meats.
Dry: A classic red Bordeaux blend. Full-bodied with smokey wood tannins. Flavors of cherry, plum and vanilla. *Excellent with smoked meats, stews, and full fat cheeses.
Dry: A full-bodied blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chambourcin. Flavors of raspberry, and spices that linger for a soft and layered finish. Aged 12 months in Hungarian oak and 6 months in American oak. *Pairs with richer cuisines, veal, pork and creamy cheeses.
Sweet: A blend of Marechal Foch and Chambourcin that has been aged in Hungarian oak. Flavors of clove, spice, and candied fruit. A fine after dinner sipper or as an alternative to a heavier port–styled wine.
Dry: Crisp and full–bodied, barrel fermented and aged in steel tanks. Long, toasty finish with hints of vanilla.*Pairs with seafood, mild cheeses and southern soul food.
